Action Planning is an over-arching function across all our Sigma modules, designed to improve the efficacy of the audit process in driving up standards and improving outcomes. Non-compliant audit scores and failures allow you to manually generate an action plan, where you can assign accountable and responsible people and raise corrective actions, or allow the system to create the action plan for you from a suite of templates.
Individual actions can be assigned for single question failures, and a general action plan can be created by department taking a more holistic approach. Set due dates and mark any progress towards completion within one centralised location, uploading documents and sending automated notifications to key staff where required. Completing an action generates a re-audit, which can be used to ensure change has been delivered and prevent auditing for audit’s sake.
