The system automatically ‘locks-out’ any reserved spaces and resources to prevent double-bookings and allows for repeat bookings using fully customisable schedules. Room locations use a comprehensive icon key to quickly display the resources available within that room alongside room capacity.
The Synbiotix Room Booking module also uses email alerts, which go out to users when they book a room and when they make any changes to their booking to serve both as a confirmation and reminder.
