Developed directly in line with the requirements of 2021 National Standards for Healthcare Cleanliness, our Domestic Monitoring module allows auditors and clinicians to track, monitor and maintain hospital cleanliness. Audit by exception for efficiency, and each failure generates a corrective action that feeds directly into a Rectification dashboard. Colour-coded percentage scores and auto-generated star ratings help you to identify problem areas, and pre-set rectification timescales encourage quick resolution of problems. Also included is the Efficacy Audit, to ensure that your cleaning is being performed to the highest standard.
The Cleaning Scheduler is a dynamic, targeted and time-effective approach to planning, distributing, and delivering cleaning. It distributes cleaning tasks to domestic staff via a mobile app while giving management real time visibility of completed tasks, based on pre-set schedules for every area.
We know that not all cleaning tasks can be planned and scheduled, especially somewhere as busy as a hospital. Staff can request ad-hoc cleaning jobs at any time via the Facilities Hub, which are automatically assigned to the nearest available staff member to ensure swift resolution.
