Time to clean

A workforce management solution based on extensive research, Time to Clean gives you the ability to accurately measure the required cleaning hours for every area within your healthcare estate. We combine an estimated time for all cleanliness tasks with a room’s size, risk and contents to give an estimated cleaning time to support you in optimising your cleaning budget through estimating cost, scheduling rosters and assigning the most appropriate resources to locations.

Domestic Monitoring (Cleaning Standards)

Developed directly in line with the requirements of 2021 National Standards for Healthcare Cleanliness, our Domestic Monitoring module allows auditors and clinicians to track, monitor and maintain hospital cleanliness. Audit by exception for efficiency, and each failure generates a corrective action that feeds directly into a Rectification dashboard. Colour-coded percentage scores and auto-generated star ratings help you to identify problem areas, and pre-set rectification timescales encourage quick resolution of problems. Also included is the Efficacy Audit, to ensure that your cleaning is being performed to the highest standard.

Cleaning Scheduler

The Cleaning Scheduler is a dynamic, targeted and time-effective approach to planning, distributing, and delivering cleaning. It distributes cleaning tasks to domestic staff via a mobile app while giving management real time visibility of completed tasks, based on pre-set schedules for every area.

Domestic Outreach

We know that not all cleaning tasks can be planned and scheduled, especially somewhere as busy as a hospital. Staff can request ad-hoc cleaning jobs at any time via the Facilities Hub, which are automatically assigned to the nearest available staff member to ensure swift resolution.

We provide full staff training for every project. Our training sessions are classroom-style, giving all staff hands-on practice with the new system and the opportunity to ask any questions. We like to work collaboratively with our customers so that staff understand both how to use our systems, and how these fit into their working environment. We also offer training via Teams to accommodate anyone unable to attend in-person sessions.


Our online training portal makes it easy to find the help you need, whenever you need it, with access to our user manuals just a click away. Everyone learns differently, so our user manuals are available in both PDF and video formats.
